Sequence of Study

Students at the San Diego State University Masters of Science degree in Counseling with a specialization in School Counseling and the California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential for School Counseling complete 64 course units.

In addition to these units, completed through the courses shown below, I completed 4 additional units for my work with the Center for Excellence in School Counseling and Leadership (CESCaL), obtaining a total of 68 course units.

I believe in life-long learning and I am committed to continue my education and growth beyond my Master in Science degree. I participate in regular professional development trainings and have attended the California Association of School Counselors conference. I will continue to engage in these opportunities to stay up to date and better serve my students, families and school community.
