Title II, Part A (Improving Teacher Quality) funds are provided for professional development, highly qualified, and recruitment; but can also be used for class size reduction. The purpose of Title II-A is to increase student achievement by improving teacher and principal quality.

Title IV funds are  used provide all students with access to a well-rounded education, improve school conditions for student learning, and. improve the use of technology in order to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.

Title V, Part B (Rural Education Initiative) is to address the unique needs of rural school districts that frequently lack the personnel and resources needed to compete effectively for Federal competitive grants.  In recent years, the district has not been allocated funds from this funding source.  The district received funding in 2019 and again in 2023.
