Dear 2nd Grade Families,

Welcome back. I hope you all enjoyed the weekend. We are now in the last month of the school year! It seems to have arrived so quickly! We will still be learning together through these next few weeks, before going off to enjoy a much deserved rest and some fun. Please encourage your child to continue to do neat work and try their best. Thank you.

We have a pretty usual week this week for 2nd grade with the exception of mass on Friday at 9:00 for First Friday. All are welcome to join us if you are available. Thank you to our families who are able to! We love seeing you there.

Please check the June calendar for dates and times of events coming up this month. Thursday, June 4th is the Night of the Arts at SSCA. Please see the flyer that went home last week for details. Thank you.

Finally, if your child is absent from school, please know that we worry about him/her and are waiting for their arrival. Please call the main office if you know your child will be out, and or send me an email letting me know. If your child was out and returned, they should either be bringing a note as to why they missed school, or send it via email. Thank you for all who are already doing this. We need to keep our school records up to date. Thank you so much for your support.
