My name is Lisa Marie Perry. I have been married for 5 years to my current husband. I have two smart, beautiful daughters. My oldest daughter is married and expecting her first child in October of 2022. I am excited to become a grandma. My youngest daughter is an Angel in Heaven, she passed away from a DIPG brain tumor at the age of 7, in 2009. I love my family and enjoy every day that I am with them.

I love to hunt, fish, camp, target shoot and sit by the campfire. I enjoy crafting and gardening when I have free time. I love my teaching job and can't imagine doing anything else.

I have been teaching for 10 years. I received my degree from WGU in 2010. I have spent time teaching in all grades between 2nd-7th grade. I love my students and love to help them learn, grow and explore the world. Learning is an adventure and a journey we take together. It is hands-on and engaging. I believe students learn more when they are involved in the learning rather than being observers.
