Hello and Welcome to 3rd  grade. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child.  It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning and adventure.

I have lived in California for the majority of my life and grew up in San Diego. I am the oldest of seven kids. I have been happily married to my wonderful Husband for 32 years and we have three amazing children.  I have two daughters who just graduated college and one son who just started college.  I have 24 years of teaching experience working at a variety of schools including public, private and charter schools.  I obtained my Teaching Credential and Masters of  Teaching at Chapman University in Orange, California. I also hold  A Supervisors Children’s Center Permit with an emphasis in Child Development.  This is my 8th  year at TPS.  I feel very blessed to work at such a wonderful school with such amazing families and staff. 

Some of my hobbies include reading, cooking, and spending time with family in San Diego. I am looking forward to working closely with you and believe frequent communication is vital.
