My bio

My name is Kimberlee Eggly. My husband, Craig and I have been married for 27 years and have two children, Cole & Kayla. We absolutely love camping, off-roading, and boating. Our favorite vacation spots include Lake Tahoe, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. We have two dogs (Bentley & Bugatti), and two cats (Sweetie & Hagrid). I graduated from California State University Northridge in 1994 with a BA in Deaf Studies – Interpreting Option. I worked as a Sign Language Interpreter at Moorpark High School from 1994 to 1998, when my son, Cole was born. Cole is now attending Columbia College Hollywood majoring in film editing and directing. My daughter, Kayla was born in 2001. She is now attending Bethany College in Lindsborg College on a scholarship as a softball pitcher, majoring in Accounting and Business Management. In 2007, I started working at Maple Elementary School as an IMT/Librarian. In 2013, I started teaching American Sign Language to advanced students during daily intervention at the elementary school. In 2016, I started substitute teaching at CVUSD and finished my teaching credential program by student teaching in a third grade classroom. I have been teaching third grade at Our Lady of Guadalupe Dual Immersion Academy since July 2018. I have absolutely loved teaching these past several years and am very excited about meeting and working with your students this year.
