Dear Kinder Parents,
We have a busy week ahead of us! On Monday we will kick off Catholic Schools Week. During the week we will celebrate a special person each day and we will have a silly theme each day.
· Monday 2/1- Teacher appreciation- Theme of the day- Superhero! Wear anything that is inspired by your favorite superhero or princess. If your child prefers to wear free dress/non-uniform dress then that's great too!
· Tuesday 2/2- Student appreciation- Theme of the day- Your Favorite Day! Come to school in your favorite outfit and pack your favorite snack.
· Wednesday 2/3- Parent appreciation- Theme of the day- Crazy Hat Day! Come to school in your silliest hat. Please send your child in their school uniform.
· Thursday 2/4- Admin appreciation- Theme of the Day- Jersey/Sporty Day. Come to school in your favorite sporty outfit or free dress/non-uniform dress.
· Friday 2/5- Pastor appreciation- Theme of the day- 100th day. Come to school in your 100th day shirt and come ready for fun! Students should wear their shirt over their uniform (just in case they want to take the 100th day shirt off after the fun)
Friday will be the 100th day of school. Thank you to all if of the parents who have sent in snacks and supplies for the big day. Please don’t forget to have your child wear their special shirt over their uniform on on Friday 2/5.
Reminders
· We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Friday 2/12. I would like to have all cards by Friday, 2/5 if possible. We have 18 students in Kindergarten. Toys or small trinkets are allowed to be passed out with the card but please no food or candy. Please DO NOT address the valentines to any students - just write the name of your child (the sender) on the cards.
· No School on February 15- Presidents Day
