Mrs. Cole's Kindergarten - Where Music, Movement and Glitter Collide!

Hi Friends!

I’m Mrs. Cole, the Kindergarten teacher here at Saint Jude. I am so excited to start a new year with you.

A little bit about me . . . This is my second year back in the classroom at our wonderful school and I must say, Kindergarten is where my heart belongs!

I received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, Northridge in 2007 and have enjoyed teaching for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and LAUSD for over 8 years.

Here is fun fact about me: My first teaching job was at my alma mater, St. Bridget of Sweden in Van Nuys, where I taught Kindergarten. Eventually I was lucky enough to move to another great Kindergarten position at Toluca Lake Elementary School.

Another fun fact about me: For one super fun year, I had the opportunity to teach Kindergarten alongside two of the greatest teachers on the planet, my mom and my sister. Imagine that, three kindergarten teachers all called by the same last name! That made for some VERY silly moments.

When I am not teaching, I love to cook and spend time with my family. I have two kiddos who attend Saint Jude and I feel so lucky to be able to see my girls each day at school.
