Where Your Efforts Go

The May River Montessori PTO raises funds to directly support our classrooms, teachers, and students.

Every dollar raised goes back into our school through hands-on materials, teacher appreciation events, campus improvements, and community-building programs that enrich the learning experience for every child.

Here are some of the ways PTO funds are used throughout the year:

• Classroom & Montessori Materials: Updating practical life tools, art supplies, and learning resources that support hands-on education.
  
  

• Outdoor Spaces: Enhancing playgrounds and green spaces with new equipment, plants, and shade areas.
  
  

• Teacher Support & Appreciation: Providing meals during conferences, classroom stipends, and thank-you events.
  
  

• School-Wide Events: Hosting family gatherings like Movie Night, Field Day, the Fall Festival, and the Spring Oyster Roast to build community connection.
  
  

• Student Enrichment: Supporting clubs, gardening projects, and special programs that bring learning to life.
