MY BACKGROUND

Hi there, my name is Mexx, or you can call me as Mr Mexx Ng. Born on 1990, graduated as a mechanical engineer on 2015 from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).

My interest on buildings and constructions begin on my 17, where I get the opportunity to explore with my dad (as a contractor) on various site. I get to witness on how a building was build from empty ground, to pilling, casting, electrical and piping works, finishing touch up and other details work etc.

After obtaining my bachelor degree on mechanical engineering, On 2015, I get the opportunity to join Tan Chong Motor Assemblies Sdn Bhd (also know as "Nissan Malaysia") under advance engineering department, project division, specialising on plants and facilities. During my 2 years of service in TCMA, I get to involve in few big projects such as 1000MW solar panel installation system, paint shop EMS hanger system upgrading with flood spray system implemented, and paint shop Phosphate Tank-Electro Deposition Magnetic Bag Filter Installation.

I was offered with the opportunity to explore more on project management during my second job on Eita Elevator Malaysia (EEM). I get to involve in not only project management and technical parts, but also in costing preparation for all of my projects. To make things short, my job is to ensure lifts/elevator installed on site comply with client and safety department regulations, complete the whole project within budget and timeframe. Some of the projects I get involved in is Riana South, ARTE Mont Kiara, ARTE Ampang and Sungai Besi Police Quarters.

After attending several property investment classes and understanding the construction cost versus sales price of projects, I understand that real estate is a very very profitable business! I want to invest on it, and I want to help people around me to earn from real estate investment. Then I begin my journey as a full time property agent since 2019. I involve in both project and sub-sales property (KL and PJ area). I also provide training for juniors regarding marketing, presentation, project knowledge, latest marketing insights, as well as closing skills.
