DT-771-1 Musical Theatre Company - G/T Grades 9, 10, 11, 12 (1 credit) In this course, students assume leadership within the production company working as directors, writers, actors, designers, and technicians on theatrical projects. (See Course Catalogue for full description) This course can be repeated for elective credit 

You are eligible for Musical Theatre G/T  if:

1) You have already completed a full year of Theatre Arts 1 class

2) You complete the recorded audition & turn in your application to begin with G/T level coursework BY THE DUE DATE.  The due date for 2024-2025 Musical Theatre submissions was Monday January 22, 2024. 

This is the advanced level course for students who are passionate about Musical Theatre. All students should be excited to dig in to more challenging musical material. All Theatre GT students will be expected to continue to deepen their skills in all disciplines: Vocal Technique, Solo Singing, Ensemble Singing, Dancing, Choreography, Acting, Directing, Playwriting & Design, but they may develop areas of particular expertise/interest and take on student leadership opportunities in Theatre Productions performed afterschool for the public.
