Who Am I? 

Science excites me, and helping my students get excited about the possibilities of Science keeps me teaching everyday!  I earned my Bachelors of Science (Biology) from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2019 and have continued to increase my education since then, so that I can continue teaching the new classes that are available at my school and the grades I teach!  

Since the beginning of the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, I have continued to earn additional endorsements, professional development, and working with dozens of educators to find the best ways we can teach our material to students in a hybrid setting.  This opportunity this been an eye opening experience for me as I experiment with new technology and do my best to give a full and exciting experience regardless of how you are taking my class! 

Having lived in 2 Countries, 7 States, and fluent in English and Spanish, I do my best to incorporate backgrounds of all diversities in my teaching.  From my original home in California and having spent a few years in Peru, my students have a well-rounded appreciation for the world they live in.  Science, Scientists, Virtual Field Trips, and even background Music in my classroom are all inspired by my travels and my students who make my class the best place to be!
