This is a sample of the work I've done in earning my credential at CSU, East Bay.

Activities:

Here are a couple activities created that focus on mathematic language and vocabulary. The first is an activity known as Magic Number where the students match the "lettered" vocabulary to the "numbered" definitions. If they do it correctly, the numbers corresponding to the letters will add up to the SAME Magic Number. The second activity is a word sort that students will do, creating categories and discussing among themselves which words relate to one another.

Transformations of Quadratic Equations

This lesson plan on Quadratic Equations (Algebra II) is also a study-guide, of sorts. It is an interactive slide presentations that allows the users to click a topic "button" and review certain parts of the lesson.

Mini-Lesson (Inequalities)

This is a mini-lesson on Inequalities (Algebra) that was created alongside my classmates. Similar to the lesson on Quadratic Equations, this format uses buttons to navigate the various topics of the lesson, including a performance task to assess the students.

In the Fall of 2020, I earned my Level 1 and Level 2 Google Educator Certification. These are performance based exams that test my ability to use Google for Education tools in the classroom.
