I am an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Industrial Engineering Department at The Hashemite University (HU). I hold a Ph.D. degree and Master in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University (AU). I also hold a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). My current research interests include simulation and parcel delivery. Before commencing my Ph.D. degree, I worked as a full-time lecturer for HU at the Department of Industrial Engineering and a part-time lecturer for JUST. I was born on August 27th, 1992, and grew up in Irbid, Jordan.
