Achievements:

1. Designed and led the development of a new Higher Diploma in Maintenance Management, including curriculum design, course specifications, learning outcomes, and alignment with industry and accreditation requirements.

2. Successfully launched a new Master of Science (MSc) program in Engineering Management, overseeing program approval, curriculum finalization, and initial implementation.

3. Developed and submitted a formal proposal for a joint Master’s program in Engineering Systems and Management in collaboration with Colorado State University, including curriculum alignment, learning outcomes, and institutional coordination. (Under Review)

4. Initiated the relaunch of the IISE chapter, reestablishing student participation, professional development programs, and external outreach.

5. A departmental student team that secured second place in a Supply Chain Hackathon, highlighting strong practical skills in supply chain analysis and innovation.

6. Strengthened departmental engagement with IAESTE, enabling students to access international internships and practical training opportunities.

7. Ongoing work to secure formal qualification placement and accreditation for the M.Sc. in Disaster and Crisis Management in alignment with national standards.
