William Grayson
New Jersey native with a lifelong background in lacrosse, bringing a competitive, detail-driven approach shaped by his playing career and years of coaching experience. As a coach, he focuses on developing disciplined, confident athletes and building teams that play fast, connected, and unselfish, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and adaptability. His coaching philosophy is rooted in adaptability, bravery, family, and discipline. Challenging players to compete hard, support one another, and represent their program the right way on and off the field.
Jakob grew up around the sport of lacrosse in Maryland falling in love with it at an early age. He played for Old Mill High School and went on to play for LSU before joining the Army. The passion has never left him, and he now hopes to inspire, help, and shape the next generation of players and leaders in the Colorado lacrosse community. Jakob joins as Defensive Assistant for the 2026 season.

A familiar local face who has worked in the Colorado lacrosse community for almost a decade. A former player at Monarch High School and Northern Arizona University, Will has spent numerous hours growing the game at the youth level, instilling fundamentals, and making his name known among professional circles. Will joins as Offensive Assistant for the 2026 season.

With over a decade as a high school coach, Jake brings a plethora of invaluable experience to the program. Having played for Mountain Range his love for the program is immense. Serving as captain his Junior and Senior years, helping lead the Mustangs to their first winning season in 2009. Jake then went on to have a successful career at Colorado State and continues to be a part of the lacrosse community across the state of Colorado. Jake joins as Defensive Assistant for the 2026 season.

Pat is a seasoned lacrosse player, and coach. Growing up in the Boston area immersed Pat deep in lacrosse culture inevitably leading him to have a successful career in the prep scene, eventually playing for Colorado College. Pat brings a passion for the game that is immediately felt by the program. With a background in Teaching, Pat has developed a keen sense of coaching with high schoolers. Pat joins as Goalkeeper's Coach and Defensive Assistant for the 2026 season.
