Classroom Expectations

Classroom Expectations:

• Late work: 10 pts will be deducted on all late assignments per day (not including the weekends).

• Pick up after yourself before you leave

• Take all of your belongings, pick up any scrap papers around you, and put your desk back in line before you leave each day.

• No cell phones

• The first issue with cell phone use will result in being sent out of the classroom. If the use of the cell phone persists, students will be referred to the front office.

• Everyone must participate in class discussions.

• Students are expected to actively participate in class discussions. It is hard to master a subject when you hide in the classroom.

• Use “Two before me”

• Learn. Don’t cheat.

• Students are expected to always learn the material required for the class. Even when searching for solutions from outside sources, students are still expected to learn how to apply the knowledge needed to display understanding.

• No food or drink, except water.
