About Me

Welcome back to another school year!  I graduated from Briggsdale in 2000.  In 2011 I graduated from  Aims Community College with my Associates degree in Elementary Education.  After Aims,  I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2014 from the University of Northern Colorado.  I am looking forward to graduating with my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University  in December 2025. This will be my seventh year teaching at Briggsdale and my eleventh year teaching 5th grade.    

I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Mercy & Moana and cats, Bartholomew (Bart for short; cat) and Beauregard.  I enjoy hiking, working out at the gym, fishing, taking care of my 18 chickens, and serving at my church in Greeley. 

I am looking forward to an exciting school year and cannot wait to teach at Briggsdale this year!
