Tournament Details:

• Open to all WCSA Passers, Wings, Strikers, or Kickers teams that finish below the top four in their division or finish 3rd or 4th and lose in the first weekend of the WCSA Tournament.

• Tournament will follow WCSA league rules for pool games and tournament rules resolving ties.

• Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers in each boys and girls division.

• Tournament size will be limited by referee and field capacity and filled on a first come first served basis for teams registering after the priority registration date.

• Tournament will be played on Oct. 29/30 and Nov. 5/6 at Our Lady of Victory and Delhi Park fields.

• It is a round robin style tournament with each team guaranteed 3 games and max 5.

• Tournament fees are set based on division.

  • • Passers (Birth Years 2015-2014) (7v7): $125.00

    • Wings (Birth Years 2013-2012) (7v7): $150.00

    • Strikers (Birth Years 2011-2010) (9v9): $160.00

    • Kickers ((Birth Years 2009-2008) 11v11): $175.00

Tournament Registration:

• Priority Tournament registration will be due Wednesday Oct. 19th.

• Participants in the WCSA tourney who lose in the first round must register no later than Monday, Oct. 24th by 12 noon. It will be at the tournament directors' discretion to admit these teams into tournament, based on whether a division has capacity.

• Schedules will be released no later than Oct. 26th.

• Teams must play with the same roster from the regular season. Roster must be submitted electronically via email (mqoas.soccer.tourney@gmail.com) or by hard copy prior to the first game of the tournament at check-in.

• Payment is due by check prior to the first game. Let us know if your program will pay with one check. Checks should be written to OLV Athletics Association.

• Register by filling out this google form: https://forms.gle/umsBkiRXnUBC6GmBA 

• Email mqoas.soccer.tourney@gmail.com with any potential schedule conflict requests after registration, if applicable.  We will do our best to accommodate, but no guarantees.
