The tournament will be 1 weekend (10/25 & 10/26) with 2 games on Saturday. Championships (and any necessary tie-breaker or semi-final games) will be on Sunday.
Open to WCSA Passers, Wings, Strikers, or Kickers teams that finish below the top four in their division or finish 3rd or 4th and lose in the first round of the WCSA Tournament.
Tournament will follow WCSA league rules for pool games and tournament rules resolving ties.
Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers in each boys and girls division.
Tournament size will be limited by referee and field capacity and filled on a first come first served basis for teams registering after the priority registration date.
Tournament will be played on Oct. 25/26 at Our Lady of Victory and Delhi Park fields. Rainout/Make up games may be played Nov. 1st/2nd. There are no plans to start any games Sunday prior to 1 pm.
It is a round robin style tournament with each team guaranteed 2 games and max 4. Day 1 each team will play 2 games. Day 2 will be championships and play-in games if there are ties.
Tournament entry fee is $85. Coaches to pay refs each game, independently. This will include a minimum of two ref fees for the pool-play round of tournament, and maximum of three ref fees if your team makes the Finals. (Any tie-breaker, or required semi-final games will be paid by the tournament coordinators). Ref fees are standard SAY amounts:
Passers $12/team
Wings $26/team
Strikers $30/team
Kickers $40/team
Priority Tournament registration will be due Wednesday Oct. 15th.
Participants in the WCSA tourney who lose in the first round must register no later than Sunday, Oct. 19th by midnight! Tournament directors will accept these teams if needed to fill a division pool. It will be at the tournament directors' discretion to admit these teams (or others) into the tournament.
Schedules will be released no later than Oct. 22nd.
Teams must play with the same roster from the regular season. Roster must be submitted electronically via email (mqoas.soccer.tourney@gmail.com).
Payment of $85 is due by check prior to the first game. Let us know if your program will pay with one check. Checks should be written to OLV Athletics Association.

Any roster checks must be requested prior to the game start.
Any complaints or issues will only be accepted from the coach to the tournament coordinators.
The tournament is designed to give kids an opportunity for fun, competitive play. Tournament directors will use their best judgment to honor that intent.
