WEBSITE INVITATION
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We do not operate on weekends or holidays, except for rush orders with an agreed timeline and rush fee. Please exclude these non-working days when considering the timeline outlined below.
Initial Layout: The initial layout will be provided within 3-5 business days after receiving the completed Excel file with event details. If a specific timeline is agreed upon at the time of booking, it will supersede this standard timeframe.
Checking of Layout: Clients must review the initial layout and submit a consolidated list of feedback, changes, or revisions within 7 days. This does not apply to rush orders.
Revisions: Revised layouts will be sent the following business day. Please review these revisions thoroughly before providing further feedback.
LAYOUT OR DESIGN
Initial Layout: We will provide one initial layout design. Please send us any design pegs or inspiration you have for layout reference, along with a specific and detailed description of your preferences.
·Minor Revisions: We offer up to 5 free minor revisions, which include changes to names, spellings, fonts, colors, and images. Any revisions beyond the initial 5 will incur a charge of PHP 50.00 per revision.
Major Revisions: Major revisions, such as changes to the layout or overall design, are permitted only once. Additional major revisions will be charged PHP 500.00 per change.
Element Positioning and Resolution: The website is accessible on most devices; however, the elements (such as images and text) are primarily positioned and aligned with mobile viewing in mind.
Google’s site is a responsive website—it adjusts itself automatically so it looks good and is easy to use on any device.
Stacked Style on a small phone screen, everything shrinks or stacks neatly.
Grid Style on a big computer screen, it spreads out and uses more space.
WEBSITE LIMITATIONS
Platform and URL: Currently, we use Google Sites to create website invitations. Google Sites offers free hosting, which means the website URL will not be fully personalized. The URL will appear as follows: https://sites.google.com/view/princessanddarryl. The text in black cannot be altered, but the text in green can be customized to your preferred wording, subject to Google Sites' validation and approval.
Animations: Please note that animations are not supported at this time.
Font Styles: The selection of font styles is limited to the options available on Google Sites.
Music: Autoplay of music is not supported. We can include music on the website using a default music player, but visitors will need to tap the play button manually to start playback.
INVITATION DETAILS
Submission of Details: Please email or send the completed final entourage/guest lists and other required details via our Facebook page or to Ms. P’s personal Facebook account. All information should be provided in a single spreadsheet. The client is responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate, including correct spellings and details.
Verification and Corrections: Thoroughly check all details, spellings, and grammar. Mark the areas on the photo that require revisions and provide us with a consolidated and detailed list of corrections. If names have more than three spelling errors or need to be reordered, please submit an updated Excel file with highlighted corrections.
High-Resolution Images: High-resolution images should be sent via email.
Maps: We provide a direct link to Google Maps but do not create or draw custom maps. If needed, you can provide an illustration, which we can then add to the website.
IMAGE USE AND CLIENT WARRANTIES
By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services for use in invitations, the client warrants that:
Consent: The client is either the parent or guardian of the baby or child in the images or has obtained consent from the parent or guardian to use the provided photos.
Legal Right: The client has the legal right to use any images they supply. If the images were provided by a professional photographer, they may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without the photographer’s permission.
Indemnification: By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services, the client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MP Loveletters Printing Services against any liability, damages, and expenses arising from processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including claims from other parties who may assert an interest in the photos.
PAYMENT
1. Deposit: A 70% deposit is required to place an order. We will not proceed with the layout design without this deposit.
2. Final Payment: The remaining 30% balance shall be settled before sharing the files.
3. Payment Methods: Our preferred payment methods are bank transfers to Sea Bank, GCash, or Unionbank only.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. It will be retained by MP Loveletters Printing Services to cover costs and losses incurred due to order cancellation.
5. Modifications and Additional Charges: Any modifications to the order after payment of the deposit may incur additional charges, which will be billed to the client.
6. Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days. By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the quote. If the 30-day validity period expires, any timelines for order completion become void. A revised timeline must be agreed upon between the client and MP Loveletters Printing Services before the deposit can be paid.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for any misuse of the website or for any inaccuracies in the information provided and published on the website. The client is responsible for the correctness and appropriateness of all content submitted.
All parties understand and agree to these terms. The client agrees to make partial payments or deposits only after reading and agreeing to the terms of service outlined in this contract, and confirming that all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
