ABOUT US
MP Loveletters and Crafts, also known as Invitation by Ms. P, officially registered as MP Loveletters Printing Services. What began as a simple hobby and a desire to assist friends and family with their events evolved into a full-fledged business. In 2018, I started creating custom invitations and personalized workbooks for children. By 2020, I transitioned into a full-time role as a crafter and event supplier. Today, my team proudly serves clients around the world and collaborates with event coordinators across the country.
LOCATION
We are located in the City of Calamba Laguna and Lupao, Nueva Ecija.
WORK TIMELINE
IMPORTANT NOTE : Our working hours are 9:00am - 7:00pm only. We don’t work on weekends and holidays (except for rush orders with agreed timeline and rush fee). So please exclude those days to the timeline below.
INITIAL LAYOUT
The initial layout will be provided in 3-5 days after we receive the accomplished excel file for the event details.
CHECKING OF LAYOUT
The client must check and submit the consolidated list of feedback, changes, or revisions to Loveletters and Crafts by Ms. P. no longer than 7 days (not applicable to rush orders).
REVISIONS
The revised layout will be sent the next day, so make sure to check thoroughly before sending your feedback to us.
PRINTING, CUTTING AND ASSEMBLY
∙ Basic Types - minimum of 7 days for 30 pcs and below. For additional quantity, an additional 1 day for every 10 pcs and below.
∙ Complex or Upgraded Types - minimum of 10 days for 30 pcs and below. For additional quantity, an additional 2 days for every 10 pcs and below.
*Work Timeline is subject to change with prior notice and agreement.
LAYOUT AND REVISION
We only provide one initial layout. Kindly send us the design pegs/inspiration for layout reference (if you have any) OR you may visit our Facebook page for our existing designs OR give us a specific and detailed description.
Free minor revision (editing of names, fonts, etc.) is up to 5 times only, exceeding revisions will be charged P50.00 per revision.
Major revision such as change in layout and/or design is allowed only ONCE. Subsequent changes will be charged P100.00 per change.
The final layout (JPEG files) in high resolution will be sent once we receive the FULL Payment. MP Loveletters Printing Services do not give or send raw or editable files to the client.
INVITATION DETAILS
Completed final entourage/guest lists and other needed details should be emailed or sent on our facebook page or to Ms. P’s personal Facebook account on a total of one spreadsheet, with missing information and misspelled names the sole responsibility of the client.
Kindly check all the details, spellings, and grammar thoroughly. Please mark the area on the photo that needs to be revised and give us a consolidated and detailed correction. If the names have more than 3 spellings to correct, and they need to be reordered; please send us an updated excel file with highlighted corrections.

MAPS AND DIRECTIONS must be supplied by the client. MP Loveletters Printing Services will not provide for such.
ERRORS OR MISTAKES
MP Loveletters Printing Services will send the layout in JPEG format to the client for their checking and approval before printing. We strongly suggest you have at least 2 other people look over the layout to avoid any mistakes being missed. Approval through our Facebook page or Ms. P’s personal account must be given before any printing proceeds. Any alterations that occur after approval has been given may incur a fee which will be decided at our discretion.
If the error is on behalf of MP Loveletters Printing Services printing will be re-done free of charge. If the error is proved to have been within the wording submitted by the client or has been approved by the client, the full cost of the reprint will be absorbed by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before authorizing the printing.
FINISHED PRODUCT
When checking the layout, the client should be aware that the appearance of colors and images in the finished product may vary as to how they look on their computer screen or how their printer prints them. This may be due to variations in monitors, the printing process, and the paper on which they are printed.
Being that the majority of our products are handmade items, minor variations between items may occur and are characteristic of the nature of our products.
SAMPLES
MP Loveletters Printing Services will not provide or send/mail/deliver a physical sample of your invitation before delivery of your full order. Sending out samples will make the lead time for production longer. These are handmade products and work better on one-time mass production. We produce in batches. Layout – Printing – Cutting – Assembly. Samples likewise would have been printed on low-end printers only, not like the final printouts, therefore they will not be of the same quality as that of the final output.
IMAGES
If the client is providing an image for use on their invitations:
MP Loveletters Printing Services will not be responsible for variations in color or quality due to the printing processes, or for flaws in the image that the client has supplied.
By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services for use in invitations, the client warrants that:
The client is the parent or guardian of the baby or child, or has obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the photos provided.
The client has the legal right to use any pictures they supply. If the client’s images have been provided to the client by a professional photographer, they may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer.
By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services the client agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify MP Loveletters Printing Services, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos.
SHIPMENT
MP Loveletters Printing Services’s orders are picked up by a local courier/rider and delivered through J&T Express, JRS Express or AP Cargo all orders carry a shipping and handling charge to cover this cost, shouldered by the client. MP Loveletters Printing Services endeavors to pack all items to reduce any chance of damage by using sturdy boxes and/or wrapping your invitations in bubble wrap. We encourage you to open and inspect the order as soon as it is received to ensure it is in good condition. We take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage or charges caused by a third party making delivery of the invitations, including but not limited to loss, delays, or damages, or for circumstances beyond our control.
WE STRICTLY IMPLEMENT NO FULL PAYMENT, NO SHIPPING POLICY.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to place an order. No layout without a deposit. The remaining 50% plus shipping fee is required 2 days before the scheduled ship out.
Our preferred payment methods are bank transfers to BDO, GCash, or Unionbank only.
Once paid, the deposit is not refundable, as it will be retained by MP Loveletters Printing Services to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation. Any modifications to the order after payment of the deposit may result in additional charges being incurred and charged to the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days and by paying a deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated on the client’s quote. Once validity has elapsed, any timelines outlined for completion of the order are no longer valid, and a revised timeline will need to be agreed upon between the client and MP Loveletters Printing Services before paying the deposit.
RUSH FEE
Rush fee will be added if the client will request a shorter timeline. The timeline for rush order should be agreed by the client and MP Loveletters Printing Services
Please note that we can only shorten the timeline of our production, we will only agree on the date of ship out (handing over to the applicable courier) but we do not have control with the delivery date or time.
PROMOTIONAL USE
MP Loveletters Printing Services may use the photo of the finished product and images of the layout for promotional purposes on social media platforms, portfolio, blogs or other marketing materials or sites.
If the client has concerns regarding the promotional use, they must notify MP Loveletters Printing Services before or after shipping out the finished product.
FORCE MAJEURE
MP Loveletters Printing Services shall not be liable to the client or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay in performance, or failure to perform any of MP Loveletters Printing Services’s obligations concerning the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our control. Causes beyond our control include but are not limited to, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, acts of God, war or threat of war, breakdown in machinery, strikes, lock-outs, other industrial action or trade disputes whether by MP Loveletters Printing Services or that of a third party.
All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only pay partial payment or deposit if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We do not operate on weekends or holidays, except for rush orders with an agreed timeline and rush fee. Please exclude these non-working days when considering the timeline outlined below.
Initial Layout: The initial layout will be provided within 3-5 business days after receiving the completed Excel file with event details. If a specific timeline is agreed upon at the time of booking, it will supersede this standard timeframe.
Checking of Layout: Clients must review the initial layout and submit a consolidated list of feedback, changes, or revisions within 7 days. This does not apply to rush orders.
Revisions: Revised layouts will be sent the following business day. Please review these revisions thoroughly before providing further feedback.
LAYOUT OR DESIGN
Initial Layout: We will provide one initial layout design. Please send us any design pegs or inspiration you have for layout reference, along with a specific and detailed description of your preferences.
·Minor Revisions: We offer up to 5 free minor revisions, which include changes to names, spellings, fonts, colors, and images. Any revisions beyond the initial 5 will incur a charge of PHP 50.00 per revision.
Major Revisions: Major revisions, such as changes to the layout or overall design, are permitted only once. Additional major revisions will be charged PHP 100.00 per change.
Element Positioning and Resolution: The website is accessible on most devices; however, the elements (such as images and text) are primarily positioned and aligned with mobile viewing in mind.
WEBSITE LIMITATIONS
Platform and URL: Currently, we use Google Sites to create website invitations. Google Sites offers free hosting, which means the website URL will not be fully personalized. The URL will appear as follows: https://sites.google.com/view/princessanddarryl. The text in black cannot be altered, but the text in green can be customized to your preferred wording, subject to Google Sites' validation and approval.
Animations: Please note that animations are not supported at this time.
Font Styles: The selection of font styles is limited to the options available on Google Sites.

INVITATION DETAILS
Submission of Details: Please email or send the completed final entourage/guest lists and other required details via our Facebook page or to Ms. P’s personal Facebook account. All information should be provided in a single spreadsheet. The client is responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate, including correct spellings and details.
Verification and Corrections: Thoroughly check all details, spellings, and grammar. Mark the areas on the photo that require revisions and provide us with a consolidated and detailed list of corrections. If names have more than three spelling errors or need to be reordered, please submit an updated Excel file with highlighted corrections.
High-Resolution Images: High-resolution images should be sent via email.
Maps: We provide a direct link to Google Maps but do not create or draw custom maps. If needed, you can provide an illustration, which we can then add to the website.
IMAGE USE AND CLIENT WARRANTIES
By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services for use in invitations, the client warrants that:
Consent: The client is either the parent or guardian of the baby or child in the images or has obtained consent from the parent or guardian to use the provided photos.
Legal Right: The client has the legal right to use any images they supply. If the images were provided by a professional photographer, they may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without the photographer’s permission.
Indemnification: By supplying images to MP Loveletters Printing Services, the client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify MP Loveletters Printing Services against any liability, damages, and expenses arising from processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including claims from other parties who may assert an interest in the photos.
PAYMENT
1. Deposit: A 70% deposit is required to place an order. We will not proceed with the layout design without this deposit.
2. Final Payment: The remaining 30% balance, along with any applicable shipping fees, is due 2 days before the scheduled ship-out date.
3. Payment Methods: Our preferred payment methods are bank transfers to BDO, GCash, or Unionbank only.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. It will be retained by MP Loveletters Printing Services to cover costs and losses incurred due to order cancellation.
5. Modifications and Additional Charges: Any modifications to the order after payment of the deposit may incur additional charges, which will be billed to the client.
6. Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days. By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the quote. If the 30-day validity period expires, any timelines for order completion become void. A revised timeline must be agreed upon between the client and MP Loveletters Printing Services before the deposit can be paid.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for any misuse of the website or for any inaccuracies in the information provided and published on the website. The client is responsible for the correctness and appropriateness of all content submitted.
All parties understand and agree to these terms. The client agrees to make partial payments or deposits only after reading and agreeing to the terms of service outlined in this contract, and confirming that all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
