TEREMI WINGS TO FLY

The TEREMI WINGS TO FLY scholarship program, an initiative that has been established to support top performing students from financially challenged backgrounds.With support from well wishers,the program offers access to leadership training to previously marginalized students where by the school pays complete fees for a bright students.

According to the Chief Principal of Teremi boys high school Mr. John Wakwabubi,the program offers personal needs,shopping and pay fees.

''We had a fundraiser where I was the guest of honor and we  were able to raise Four hundred thousand{400,000}. There are students here who are very bright but are very needy,and MPs can give up to five thousand{5000} sometimes they give less for special bursaries,the county government has been giving them a full scholarship but due to financial challenges some were left out and are very bright even the best in class. Watching  them drop out of school is very painful.''
