4. 任职条件：

1. 学历与工作经验：大专及以上学历，相关专业优先；生产主管、采购、 销售岗位需具备2年及以上同行业相关工作经验，有化工/冶金类企业从  业经历者优先；操作工、维修工、电工岗位可接受优秀应届生，

有相关岗位实操经验者优先录用。

2. 良好的沟通表达能力（能够熟练使用中文、英语、泰语交流者优先）， 细致有耐心、责任心，有团队意识及抗压能力。

3. 专业技能：熟悉对应岗位核心技能，如生产主管需掌握生产计划制定与流程管控、质量监督能力；维修工/电工需具备设备故障排查、

日常运维能力，持有对应岗位操作证书（如电工证）者优先；采购需了解供应链管理、跨境采购流程；销售需具备市场开拓与客户维护能力。

4. 职业素养：遵守当地法律法规及公司规章制度，服从工作安排，

具备较强的安全意识（尤其生产、维修、电工岗位），吃苦耐劳，

二、招聘流程

提交简历申请→简历筛选→初试/复试（线上面试为主，终面可根据情况安排现场面试）→发放入职通知→签订就业协议→办理出境及入职手续四、福利待遇

1. 薪酬结构：生产类岗位（生产主管、操作工、维修工、电工）实行

“底薪+生产绩效奖金”；采购、销售岗位底薪+提成/绩效；

3. Required Fields of Study: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, or related fields

4. Qualifications:

1. Education and Work Experience: Associate degree or higher, with special consideration for applicants in related fields; Production Supervisor, Purchasing Representative, and Sales Staff positions require at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, with special consideration for applicants with experience in chemical/metallurgical companies; Production Staff, Maintenance Technician, and Electrician positions welcome recent graduates with outstanding potential, with special consideration for applicants with relevant practical work experience.

2. Excellent communication skills (fluency in Chinese, English, and Thai will be given special consideration); meticulous, patient, responsible, team player, and able to work under pressure. 3. Professional Skills: Familiarity with core skills required for the position. For example, Production Supervisors must be proficient in production planning and process control, as well as quality control capabilities; Maintenance Technicians/Electricians must be able to troubleshoot equipment and perform daily maintenance. Those with relevant work certifications (e.g., electrician's license) will be given special consideration. Purchasing staff must understand supply chain management and cross-border procurement processes. Sales staff must have market development and customer care skills.

4. Professional Ethics: Adhere to local laws and regulations and company rules; willing to comply with work agreements; have a high awareness of safety (especially for production, maintenance, and electrician positions); be diligent and able to withstand difficulties; and be willing to work in Thailand long-term. II. Recruitment Process

IV. Benefits

Salary Structure: Production positions (Production Supervisors, Operations Staff, Maintenance Staff, Electricians) use a "base salary + performance-based bonus" system; Purchasing and Sales positions use a base salary + commission/performance-based bonus; there is also a seniority increase (starting from 1 year, increasing annually) and housing allowance. 1. Sales positions will receive an additional travel allowance.
