Hide Torch ("we", "our", or "the App") is a flashlight and private media vault application developed by MoveXLabs.

We respect your privacy. Hide Torch is designed so that your private photos and videos remain on your device. The App does not require you to create an account or provide us with personal information.

We do not directly collect or store personal information.

Hide Torch does not require:

• Location information

• Personal profile information

We also do not operate our own servers for storing your private photos or videos.

2. Photos and Videos

Hide Torch allows you to import photos and videos into your private vault.

Imported media is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

We do not have access to the photos or videos you store in the vault.

You control which media you choose to import, view, delete, or export.

3. Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, Hide Torch may request access to certain device capabilities, including:

• Flashlight: Required to operate the device's torch/flash.

• Photos and videos: Required when you choose to import media into the private vault.

• Biometric authentication: Used when you enable biometric unlocking.

Permissions are requested only when required for the relevant functionality.

You can manage or revoke permissions through your Android device settings.

4. Private Vault

The private vault is designed to keep your selected photos and videos locally on your device and restrict access using the security mechanisms provided by the App.

Hide Torch does not upload your private vault media to our servers.

However, no software or device can guarantee absolute security. We recommend protecting your device with a strong screen lock and keeping important files backed up.

5. Advertising

Hide Torch may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Although Hide Torch does not directly collect personal information for advertising purposes, advertising providers may independently collect or process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, diagnostics, or ad interaction information, depending on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Hide Torch may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Subscription management may be provided through RevenueCat and the applicable app store.

We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

RevenueCat may process information necessary to manage subscriptions and purchases, including purchase information, product identifiers, transaction information, and application/user identifiers.

7. Analytics

We do not operate our own analytics system or intentionally collect personal analytics data.

However, third-party services integrated into the App, such as advertising or subscription services, may independently process technical or usage information necessary to provide their services.

We do not share your private photos or videos with third parties.

9. Children's Privacy

Hide Torch does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not require an account and we do not directly collect personal information, we do not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not operate user accounts or maintain a server containing your private media.

Photos and videos imported into the private vault remain on your device until you choose to delete them or otherwise remove the App's data.

Deleting the App or clearing its data may permanently remove locally stored vault content. Users should ensure important files are backed up before uninstalling the App or clearing its data.

Information processed by third-party providers, such as advertising or subscription services, is subject to their respective retention policies.

11. Your Choices

You can:

• Deny or revoke permissions through Android settings.

• Choose which photos and videos to import.

• Delete media from the private vault.

• Manage advertising preferences through available device or Google settings.

• Cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store.

• Uninstall Hide Torch at any time.
