Hello! I am a native Oklahoman, born and raised in Sapulpa. I studied Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Oklahoma. My journey in the health and fitness profession started in 2005 when I graduated from massage therapy school. After 15 years of working as a licensed massage therapist, I was injured. With off-and-on physical therapy and visits to the chiropractor, I finally decided to try a different approach. I went on to complete my yoga teacher training in 2016.
After years of seeing clients hurt or suffering from chronic pain, I decided to go back to college. Along with my massage background, Bachelor's, and yoga training, I use movement therapy to retrain and rebuild essential muscles for better strength and a more pain-free life. I am passionate about helping others and avidly take continuing education classes, learning techniques from other health and fitness professionals.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing video games, and relaxing with friends and family.
