As the COVID-19 outbreak continues—forcing us to cancel in-person get-togethers and spend more time inside—many of us are getting a lot more "me" time. And more alone time can prompt some serious introspection.
We’re curious what this is bringing up for those of us navigating loss and healing, and for those suddenly thrust into a different kind of grieving. And we’re throwing out a feeler to our community to see if there’s interest in sharing these experiences with one another—whether it’s new worries, fears, insights, “aha” moments, or something else altogether.
For those who feel comfortable, we’d love to hear what’s on your mind (and share what’s on ours!). Send us a reflection on the following meditation, and, depending on what we receive, we’ll create and share back a “collective journal entry” from our community.
Feel free to fill in that blank with a written response, a drawing, a poem, a video—whatever or however you want to express yourself. Post on our Facebook page or use the form below.
