Welcome to Motivational Bestie! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Motivational Bestie mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Motivational Bestie is designed to support your personal growth through motivational quotes, journaling, mood tracking, meditation, and inspirational words. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Your Data

All personal content (journal entries, moods, favorites, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or access any of this data. If you delete or uninstall the app, your local data will be lost. Please back up your device regularly if needed.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Purchases are final and managed by Apple.

4. Ads

Non-premium users may see banner or interstitial ads provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob). These providers may collect anonymized usage data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including design, graphics, quotes, prompts, and code, is the property of the app developer or properly licensed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. No Guarantees or Advice

Motivational Bestie is not a substitute for professional mental health services. The content is meant for reflection and general wellness. If you need support, we encourage you to seek advice from a qualified professional.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or abusive manner.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and/or on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
