Rebecca Bass brings over 30 years of experience as a choreographer, coach, and mentor in the dance industry. She has served as a national adjudicator for KAR, Rainbow, Platinum Dance Collective, and DMI, traveling across the U.S. to support and evaluate dancers at all levels.

Rebecca is the founder of Motivate & Elevate Coaching, a mentorship program designed to help athletes grow with confidence, gain insight from a judge’s perspective, and navigate the world of dance and all athletics with a positive mindset. 

Rebecca is passionate about partnering with studios to implement positive and effective methods for their studios. Giving them empowering tools, assisting studio owners in filling the gaps to elevate their studio success.

Based in Richmond, Kentucky, Rebecca continues to teach and choreograph as a guest master instructor while completing her 30-year studio teaching career. She is available for judging, studio workshops, judges critiques, choreography, and personalized mentorship through Motivate & Elevate.

Rebecca holds multiple national titles and has received numerous awards for choreography in Jazz, Open, Musical Theatre and Contemporary jazz. Also, she is well versed in lyrical, partnering work, ballroom, fundamentals and jazz funk. Her work is known for its dynamic visuals, strong technique, creative storytelling, and clear execution.

Maggie Gregory is a trailblazing choreographer celebrated for pushing the boundaries of movement and storytelling. With a passion for innovation and artistic expression, Maggie crafts mesmerizing dance experiences that captivate audiences and inspire new perspectives. Maggie has been training in dance since the age of 5. She competed on a competitive level through studio dance & high school dance. She started choreographing and teaching in her high school years, and then stepped into a coaching role when she graduated. Since then, Maggie has been coaching at The Force Dance Academy in Richmond, KY for 5 years. She has won numerous technique awards, judges awards, 1st overalls, and choreograph awards. She won 12&under Choreographer at Velocity Chicago in 2025, and is currently in the top 5 nominated for both 11&under and 12&over Choreographer of The Year for Platinum National Dance Competition 2025. Through Maggies work, creativity knows no bounds. By fusing diverse styles, exploring fresh themes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary artists, Maggie continually redefines the possibilities of  dance. With her experience in the dance industry, Maggie brings a unique blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and passion to every project.
