Meet Rebecca 

Rebecca Bass brings over 30 years of experience as a choreographer, coach, and mentor in the dance industry. She has served as a national adjudicator for KAR, Rainbow, Platinum Dance Collective, and DMI, traveling across the U.S. to support and evaluate dancers at all levels.

Rebecca is the founder of Motivate & Elevate Coaching, a mentorship program designed to help athletes grow with confidence, gain insight from a judge’s perspective, and navigate the world of dance and all athletics with a positive mindset. She also launched a 2 -day workshop, "THE ELEVATION EXPERIENCE". The ELEVATION EXPERIENCE this past August was held in Mt. Washington, KY and was a HUGE SUCCESS!

Rebecca is passionate about partnering with studios to implement positive and effective methods for their studios. Giving them empowering tools, assisting studio owners in filling the gaps to elevate their studio success.

Based in Davenport, Florida, Rebecca travels all over the US as a national adjudicator, choreographer, master class instructor, mindset coach, & helps studios implement her mentorship techniques to elevate their studio as well as provides proper dance training as a complete package.

Rebecca holds multiple national titles and has received numerous awards for choreography in Jazz, Open, Musical Theatre and Contemporary jazz. Also, she is well versed in lyrical, acro, partner work, ballroom fundamentals and jazz funk. 

Her work is known for its dynamic visuals, strong technique, entertainment value, creative storytelling, and clear execution.

Her passion for inspiring dancers and helping them thrive sets her apart as a trusted and impactful leader in today’s dance industry.
