I'm Briana, and I make custom rosaries strung on knotted nylon cord. My criteria for a great rosary are beauty, durability, ease of use, and quality materials. Nylon cord rosaries with stone beads and knots for spacing are my favorite type because they are very sturdy while still elegant-looking. They are also very smooth to use with a pleasant weight in the hand. I like to ensure that a clear, tangible distinction between the Hail Mary and Our Father beads can be felt without having to look, so the rosary can be easily used in a pocket, with cold fingers, or with eyes closed, while being meditation-friendly. I use gemstone, glass, or wood beads, and mainly silver- or gold-plated medals and crucifixes from Italy, or American-made bronze pieces. It is my especial joy to work with people to design and construct a custom gift or their own beautiful rosary.
