·         Develop comprehensive training programs for teachers, ensuring they are well-equipped with modern pedagogical techniques and technological knowledge.

·         Focus on specialized areas such as ADHD awareness, ABA therapies, and innovative teaching methods.

Team Building

1. • Assemble a diverse team of passionate educators and trainers committed to sharing knowledge and fostering a love of learning.

   • Create two professional teams: one for educators and one for trainers, both dedicated to enhancing educational quality.

Curriculum Development

·         Collaborate with educational coordinators to improve curricula, ensuring they meet contemporary educational needs and standards.

·         Integrate STEAM education, ROBOTICS for trainers and students, Mental Math Classes, Chess Classes to work on critical Skills, and many advanced instructional strategies into training programs.

·         Implement Critical thinking classes, where we provide real life problems to be solved by students to work on their critical thinking and analysis skills

Physical Location and Facilities

o Establish a physical location for hands-on learning experiences, including Chess class, STEAM education , Science inquiry classes, science Labs , Game Designs, augmented Worlds classes  , coding  and robotics. ( and much more)

o Provide spaces for mental math programs and innovative teaching workshops.

Empowerment through Technology

o Equip both students and educators with the necessary skills to utilize technology effectively in the classroom.

o Incorporate the TPACK framework to guide teacher training and curriculum development.
