Research Interests

I have received my Master degree in 2011 and Ph.D. degree in 2015, both in Computer Sciences from the University of Tlemcen (Algeria). Shortly after having finished my Ph.D, I joined the same University as an assistant professor / research fellow. My research focuses on Machine Learning, Data Mining, Ensemble Methods, Medical and Biologic Data Classification, Intelligent Decision Systems and Deep Learning.

I'm mainly interested in the design of supervised, unsupervised and semi-supervised learning algorithms in order to exploit structured input and output spaces (sequences, images, ...), with applications in bioinformatics and computer vision.
