INJURY PROTOCOL 

I understand Summer Touch my child is to be supervised whilst they are at Summer Touch by myself or someone else. 

I understand that if there is an injury I will:

STEP 1 - Notify the Ground Manager.  In the event a player sustains an injury during a game, it is vital that the Ground Manager of that night is notified immediately.
