DAR Good Citizens Scholarship - This scholarship is designed to encourage 12th grade students who consistently exhibit good citizenship, including behaviors such as trustworthiness, self control, and loyalty, among many other excellent qualities. Awards range from $500-$1000 locally; national winners up to $10,000 and and invitation to the Contintental Congress in Washington DC. Deadline - November 15, 2025.

Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship - The Elks National Foundation (ENF) awards 500 four-year scholarships based on academics, leadership, and financial need. National awards range from $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year. The national awards will announced in April 2025. The top 24 MVS applications from New Jersey go on to the national level and will be awarded at least a $4000 ($1000yr/4 years) scholarship. The next 96 runner-ups are awarded a one-time $700 scholarship by the NJ State Elks Association. MVS scholarships are for students pursuing a four-year degree on a full-time basis at a US college or university next year. Applicants must be high school seniors and US citizens. The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation awards 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 to high school students across the United States through the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. Students need to be graduating high school during the 2025-2026 school year, have at least a 3.0 GPA, and to complete an online application that requires no essays, no recommendations, and no transcript. Deadline - September 30, 2025, at 5 p.m. Eastern.

NJEPA Scholarship - The NJ Emergency Preparedness Association offers a scholarship to high school seniors who have parents and/or grandparents in good standing with any NJ State emergency service department. Rho Tau Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated 2026 Scholarship - For nearly 25 years, Rho Tau Zeta has served Passaic and Morris counties, empowering young women—especially women of color—in their pursuit of higher education. This scholarship is open to female high school students with at least a 2.5 GPA aspiring or currently enrolled in a 2 year community college or vocational school, or intending to attend a 4 year college or university.
