Scholarship Processing Form - Please complete this Scholarship Processing Form and submit it with any paper-based or online applications accessed outside of our local Google Classroom scholarships. Please complete this form once for each scholarship at least two weeks before the scholarship is due.

Then, please either upload your documents via the Scholarship Processing Form or bring your complete application with required supporting documents to Mrs. Gomez, Secretary in the School Counseling Department. 

 Please note, we will NOT be processing any scholarships over spring break.
