You can check for intercity bus schedule, but frankly spoken the schedule is not reliable , so you may have to wait 30 min or more at the stop.

The buses bring you within reasonable time to Herceg Novi, Kotor, Budva.....
For direction to Herceg Novi/Igalo, please wait in front of the supermarket.
For direction to Kotor, Budva...please wait at the bus stop on the oppisite side further down the road.
If you see a bus approaching you need to wave your hands frantically and they will stop, if they are public buses. As there are different lines, it is best to just try your luck, tell them your destination and pay on the bus in cash.

However this seems to only go to Kamenari (ferry terminal) from where you can continue with another bus.
Taxi:
As of now there are no Apps like Uber in Montenegro.
To organize a taxi, you can downlaod the MonteGo App.
There are usually taxis waiting at the ferry port and major cities like Kotor, Budva and Herceg Novi.
