This is a non smoking appartment, please only smoke on the terrace.
Water heater:
The switch is in the master bedroom next to the light switch for the bathroom. It takes about 1h to heat up the tank above the washing machine.
Floor heating:
Both bathrooms have a floor heating. The switch is outside with on and off and temperature adjustment function.
Air conditioning:
Spare batteries for the remote control should be in the drawer in the living room below the TV.
Bedroom doors to terrace:
Pull the handle into horizontal position and pull out the door gently to bring it into sliding position to open.
Pull the handle all the way up to tilt it open as a window.
Coffee:
For your emergency coffein infusion there is the capsule De Longhi device and a milk foamer.

Nintendo:
Please do not take the Nintendo Switch outside of the appartment. It is connected to the TV and the 2 controllers can be slid off to play. Additional controller is below the TV, but might require charging. This is as well where you can find additional games.
Sliding on and off the Joycon controllers can be a pain, be careful to do it in the right direction.Â

Dish washer:
Cleaning tablets should be below the sink.
Dryer:
The best environmental friendly dryer is the sun! On a good day in less than 2 hours.....
Water hose:
If it is a dry day and you like a bit of garden work, feel free to water the plants. They will be grateful.....
BBQ:
If you use the BBQ please put it on the right side of the terrace (facing away from the lower lying appartment), otherwise they might get all the smoke.
