How can I consign?
Previous consignors have first preference, so spaces for New Consignors are always limited. When registration opens, we will post on our Facebook Page - be sure you Like & Follow our page for updates! You will send an email to childrensconsignment@outlook.com to begin registration with us. We use an online database through myconsignmentmanager where you will enter your items and print the tags. You will then pin/tape the tag to the item, put the item on a hanger or in a package and sign up for a drop off time where you will bring your tagged items to the sale location. Drop off are Monday-Wednesday before the sale. There is a Consignor fee of $20 and a limit of 300 items. As a Consignor you will also have the opportunity to shop during our Pre-Sale on Wednesday from 3-6pm
How can I volunteer?
Please send an email to childrensconsignment@outlook.com. We will get you registered in our online database where you can choose your volunteer shift. If you are also a Consignor, the more you volunteer the higher your consignor percentage will be. As a Volunteer you will also have the opportunity to shop during our Pre-Sale on Wednesday from 3-6pm.
How does the sale work?
● As a Shopper- Our sale is CASH ONLY. (NO Checks, Credit or Debit Cards.) Please bring your own bags/ baskets for shopping. We always have a huge selection of seasonally appropriate children’s items, all in one place. When you enter the building: the toys, books and activities will be in the rooms on the Right across from the registers. All clothing, strollers and large furniture items will be in the Main Hall on the Left. On your way to the Main Hall you will pass all the high chairs, bouncers, activity gyms, boosters and other baby equipment. After you shop, please bring your items to one of our four registers or two ‘10 item or less’ registers in the front. If you are purchasing large furniture items they will need to be purchased separately at the furniture register.
● As a Consignor- Consignors register with us about two months prior to the sale. They are responsible for entering, tagging, hanging, packaging, and dropping off all their items for the sale. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE consignor fee of $20 and limit of 300 items per Consignor. Consignors will receive 70% of the proceeds from their sold items. For each two volunteer hours worked at the sale, the consignor earns an additional 5% from their proceeds, up to 90% for working eight hours or more. The remaining proceeds go to Christian Help. All Consignors can shop during our Pre-Sale on the Wednesday prior to the sale from 4-6 pm.
