This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by OrinTech Inc. (“OrinTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the mobile application Morebirds (the “App”). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
1) SUMMARY
- Morebirds does not require user accounts.
- We do not run our own user database intended to store your real name, physical address, phone number, or other direct personal identity information.
- However, if the App uses third-party SDKs (for example, advertising or diagnostics), those providers may collect device-level identifiers and technical data to provide their services.
- If we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and you decline, the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) may be unavailable (all zeros) and we will not use it for tracking as defined by Apple. Apple requires apps to request permission to access IDFA for tracking.

2) DEFINITIONS
“Personal Data” means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. In mobile apps, this can include identifiers associated with your device.
“Device Identifiers” may include the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), depending on settings and OS permissions.
“Service Providers” are third parties that process information on our behalf (e.g., advertising networks, analytics, crash reporting).
“Tracking” has a specific meaning under Apple policy, generally involving linking user or device data collected from the App with user or device data collected from other companies’ apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or measurement.
3) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A) Information you provide directly
- Support communications: If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you provide in your message. We use this only to respond and provide support.
B) Information collected automatically (device/usage/diagnostics)
Depending on the version of the App and the SDKs integrated, the following may be collected automatically by us and/or our third-party partners:
1. Device identifiers
- IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers): used for advertising and (if permitted) ad personalization/measurement.
- IDFV (Identifier for Vendor): may be used for basic app integrity and analytics.
- IP address: may be collected by network requests and third-party SDKs.
(If ATT permission is not granted, IDFA may not be available.)
2. Device information
- Device make/model
- Operating system version
- Language/region, time zone
- Carrier/network state (Wi-Fi vs cellular)
- App version
3. Usage information
- Session start/stop times
- Basic interaction events (e.g., app launches)
- Ad impressions/click events (if ads are present)
4. Diagnostics
- Crash logs
- Performance diagnostics (e.g., launch time, stability metrics)
C) Information we do NOT intentionally collect
- We do not require your real name, home address, phone number, or contacts to use Morebirds.
- We do not ask for precise GPS location.

4) HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information for:
A) Service delivery and app functionality
- Provide core gameplay
- Verify app integrity and compatibility for your device/OS
B) Diagnostics and stability
- Detect and fix crashes
- Improve performance and reliability
C) Advertising (if applicable)
- Serve ads
- Measure ad performance
- Prevent fraud and abuse in advertising systems
D) Analytics (if applicable)
- Understand aggregate usage patterns
- Improve gameplay and user experience
5) APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (ATT)
If we (or our advertising partners) engage in tracking and need access to the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), iOS requires that we request your permission via Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework.
- If you grant permission, IDFA may be used for advertising personalization and measurement.
- If you deny permission, the IDFA value may be all zeros and we do not use it for tracking as defined by Apple.
- Apple requires apps to use ATT to request permission to track and access IDFA.
(ATT requirements and behavior are described by Apple.)
6) PERMISSIONS
Morebirds is designed to respect device security and requests permissions only when necessary.
A) Network access
- Used to load content that requires internet connectivity (for example, ads if present) and to send diagnostics to service providers.
B) Tracking permission (ATT) (if applicable)
- We may request permission to access IDFA for personalized advertising/measurement.
- If denied, you may still see ads, but they may be less personalized.
7) SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
A) With Service Providers
- Advertising providers (e.g., Google AdMob) if the App includes ads
- Analytics/diagnostics providers (Apple and/or third parties)
Service Providers process information to deliver their services (ads, measurement, crash reporting, analytics).
B) For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security, including fraud prevention.
8) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, and diagnostics. These third parties may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

9) DATA RETENTION
- Support emails: retained as long as necessary to address your request and for reasonable recordkeeping.
- Advertising/analytics/diagnostics: retention is controlled by the third-party providers’ policies and settings. We do not operate a separate user account system for storing long-term personal profiles.
10) SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at admin@orintech.net and we will take steps to delete it where feasible.
If the App includes ads, we configure ad settings intended to comply with applicable laws regarding children’s data where required. (Note: Implementation details may depend on ad provider capabilities.)
12) YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS
A) Tracking controls (iOS)
You can allow/deny tracking permission in iOS Settings. If denied, IDFA may not be available for tracking.
B) Ad personalization
Depending on your region and settings, you may be able to limit personalized ads via device settings.

13) INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws.
14) CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date.
