The interdisciplinary workshop 'Moral Decision Sciences'

brings together economists, psychologists and philosophers

examining moral decision-making.

Jointly organized by Elisabeth Gsottbauer (University of Innsbruck), Matthias Stefan (University of Innsbruck), and Eugenio Verrina (GATE-LAB Lyon) and sponsored by the Faculty of Economics and Statistics, the Vice Rector of Research and EPoS 'Economy, Politics & Society', University of Innsbruck.

The workshop aims to provide a forum for in-depth interdisciplinary discussions of the latest research on what constitutes human moral decision-making and consists of selected presentations by scholars in the various fields.

The workshop is designed to create an intimate and highly specialized atmosphere allowing participants to delve deeply into the topic during the presentations as well as chatting about it informally over lunch, coffee, dinner as well as some skiing.

Venue

The University Center Obergurgl, 1940 meters above sea level in the Ötztal Valley (Tyrol, Austria) is located right by the ski slopes and a short walk from the heart of the village of Obergurgl.
