To register for CMBCL or Gopher State baseball, all players will need to complete and submit the Registration, Code of Conduct, and Waiver forms, and payment. All three forms and payment can either be submitted electronically or by printing, completing, and mailing to our PO box or by dropping them off at our registration dates at Springbrook Golf Course in January/February.
