MopBook Account and Data Deletion
MopBook users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data.
To delete your account in the app:
1. Open the MopBook app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:
belanakvege+mopbook@gmail.com
Please include the email address used for your MopBook account.
Data deleted:
- MopBook cloud account
- cloud backups
- account-related cloud data
Data that may be retained:
Some local data stored only on your device may need to be deleted by uninstalling the app or using the in-app local data deletion option.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
