These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MovieGenie application ("App"), developed and operated by Mustafa Baysal ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the App, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

5. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to analyze, extract, or replicate the recommendation algorithm
Use the App for any unlawful or malicious purpose
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Access the App using any automated system or bot
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App

Note: The recommendation engine is a proprietary and confidential system developed by our team. Any attempt to steal, reverse-engineer, or exploit it will result in legal action.

6. Movie Recommendations

The App generates recommendations using an anonymous, algorithmic system based on your preferences. While we strive for quality:

No guarantee is made regarding availability or suitability
Recommendations may vary and are provided without warranties
We are not responsible for third-party movie content

7. Third-Party Content

The App may include content (e.g., posters, metadata, ratings) from third-party sources. We do not control or endorse this content and are not liable for its accuracy or availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including the algorithm, UI, and branding, is owned by Mustafa Baysal and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

10. Freemium & Premium Use

Free users can generate up to 10 recommendations per day
Premium subscribers receive unlimited recommendations
Users are solely responsible for protecting their devices from malware, unauthorized access, or compromised environments

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa Baysal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Serbia / Belgrade Courts , without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
