Boom Shot TD (developer: Moon2)
You can delete your Boom Shot TD account and game data at any time.
1. Delete in the game (fastest)
Open Settings and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom right.
Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted right away, and the game closes.
2. If you no longer have the game installed
Option A: Reinstall the game and sign in with the same Google Play Games account.
Your progress will be restored. Then follow step 1.
Option B: Email us at moon2games.contact@gmail.com
with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- Your Player ID, if you have it (Settings, bottom left — tap it to copy), or
- Your Google Play Games name and the approximate date you last played.
We will delete your account within 30 days and reply to let you know.
What is deleted
- Your game account (player ID) and its link to Google Play Games
- Your cloud save: stage progress, towers, and all in-game currencies, including purchased gems
- Backup copies of your cloud save
- The save data on your device (when you delete in the game)
- Server-side game integrity records linked to your account
- Purchase records stored on our server (used to prevent duplicate rewards and restore purchases)
What may be kept
- Anonymous gameplay statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) are not linked to your account.
They are kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's own policies.
- Your deletion request email is kept only as long as needed to complete and confirm the request.
Deleted data cannot be recovered, and purchased in-game currencies cannot be restored.

Boom Shot TD 계정과 게임 데이터는 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.
1. 게임 안에서 삭제 (가장 빠름)
설정을 열고 오른쪽 아래 "계정 삭제"를 누르세요.
두 번 확인하면 계정과 데이터가 바로 삭제되고 게임이 종료됩니다.
2. 게임을 이미 지웠다면
방법 A: 게임을 다시 설치하고 같은 Google Play 게임즈 계정으로 로그인하세요.
진행이 복원되면 위 1번대로 삭제하면 됩니다.
방법 B: moon2games.contact@gmail.com 으로
제목 "계정 삭제 요청"으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 함께 적어 주세요:
- 플레이어 ID (설정 왼쪽 아래 — 누르면 복사됩니다), 또는
- Google Play 게임즈 이름과 마지막으로 플레이한 대략의 날짜
30일 안에 계정을 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 게임 계정(플레이어 ID)과 Google Play 게임즈 연결
- 클라우드 저장: 스테이지 진행, 타워, 구매한 젬을 포함한 모든 게임 재화
- 클라우드 저장의 백업본
- 기기에 저장된 세이브 (게임 안에서 삭제한 경우)
- 계정에 연결된 서버의 게임 무결성 기록
- 서버에 저장된 구매 기록 (중복 지급 방지 · 구매 복원용)
남을 수 있는 데이터
- 익명 게임 이용 통계(Google Analytics for Firebase)는 계정과 연결되어 있지 않으며,
최대 14개월 동안 보관된 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 오류 보고(Firebase Crashlytics)는 최대 90일 동안 보관된 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 결제 기록은 Google Play가 Google의 정책에 따라 보관합니다.
- 삭제 요청 메일은 요청을 처리하고 확인하는 데 필요한 동안만 보관합니다.
삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없으며, 구매한 게임 재화도 다시 지급되지 않습니다.
