At that time, payment must be made to hold the dates, or they will be released back into the list of available dates.
Please note that availability is not immediately updated. Please allow up to 24 hours for new reservations to show on the calendar.
The cabin is available to rent for a weekend* or a full week**
* 3-day weekend is the minimum length reservation at this time (Friday -Sunday)
** A Full week is Monday thru Sunday.
Weekend Rental Fee: $250
Full Week Rental Fee: $500
*** The full rental fee is required at the time of booking to hold the dates for your unit

At that time, payment must be made to hold the dates, or they will be released back into the list of available dates for other units.
Once you've confirmed the availability of your preferred dates, you can use our "Pay Now" feature through our CheddarUp site to secure your reservation by paying your fees to hold your dates and sign our rental agreement.
Check-In & Checkout
Weekend Groups (Fri-Sun) - Check-in for a weekend rental is Friday anytime AFTER 3:00 PM and check-out is Sunday anytime BEFORE 3:00 PM. If your group requires an earlier check-in time or later check-out time, please communicate this at the time of making your reservation to see if this can be accommodated.
Week-Long Groups (Mon-Sun) - Check-in for a weekly rental is anytime AFTER 3:00 PM on Monday and check-out is anytime BEFORE 3:00 PM on Sunday. If your group requires an earlier check-in time or later check-out time, please communicate this at the time of making your reservation to see if this can be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
A SCOUT IS COURTEOUS! If your unit needs to cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact us right away to let us know as early as possible. That way, we may still have the opportunity to rent it out to other interested units for those days.
A full or partial refund of your rental fee may be issued based on the following timeline:
If you cancel for any reason more than 30 days prior to your reservation: FULL refund
If you cancel for any reason more than 2 weeks prior to your reservation: 50% refund
If you cancel for any reason less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation: NO refund
* At the time of cancelling your reservation, your refund will be communicated to you based on the above timeline and rental fees paid
