A SCOUT IS TRUSTWORTY

Your rental agreement will have you acknowledge that you will follow the following cabin policies...

• No smoking or drinking on the premises

• All fires MUST be properly extinguished prior to leaving the premises

  • For outdoor camp fires, this requires a MINIMUM of at least one 5 gallon bucket of water

• There is to be NO cutting down of any trees on the premises

•  You may drive inside the gate for loading/unloading

  • But please park outside the gates during your stay

• You may use anything in the cabin that is UNLOCKED.  Just be sure to clean up* and leave things better than you found it

• You are welcome to use wood from the wood boxes or shed.  We just ask that you please stock up what you used in the 2 indoor indoor fire wood containers before you leave so it's ready for the next unit

* A SCOUT IS CLEAN!  All renters will be given a standard cleaning procedure list that is is expected to be completed prior to checking out.
