By downloading, installing, or using MoodFIX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
MoodFIX is a mood-based content app that delivers motivational, humorous, and expressive messages based on the mood you select.
It is designed for personal entertainment and general wellness purposes only.
MoodFIX is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or crisis service.
The content provided in MoodFIX — including all messages, categories, and features — is for entertainment and general wellness purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychological treatment, therapy, counseling, or medical advice of any kind.
If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your country immediately.
Do not rely on MoodFIX in any emergency or crisis situation.
You may use MoodFIX as a guest without creating an account.
If you choose to create an account, you must provide a valid email address and a password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not create an account using false or misleading information or on behalf of someone else without their consent.
MoodFIX is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the App without prior written permission
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services
All content, design, code, copy, and branding in MoodFIX are owned by or licensed to MoodFIX.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use MoodFIX's intellectual property outside of your personal use of the App.
MoodFIX does not currently support user-generated content.
If such features are added in the future, separate terms will apply.
MoodFIX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific piece of content will produce any particular emotional result.
We make no guarantees about the suitability of any content for any individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoodFIX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MoodFIX at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoodFIX is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time.
The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
Continued use of MoodFIX after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
