If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address. This is used solely for account creation, login, and account-related communications such as password reset.
You can use MoodFIX without creating an account.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — such as which mood categories are tapped — to understand how the app is being used and to improve the experience.
This data does not identify you personally.
Your favorites and message history are stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and maintain your account
Enable you to log in and manage your session
Improve app performance and content
Respond to support inquiries
We do not sell your information.
We do not share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
MoodFIX uses Supabase to manage user authentication and sessions.
When you create an account or log in, your email address is processed and stored by Supabase in accordance with their privacy policy.
Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf.
Your email address and account credentials are stored securely via Supabase for as long as your account is active.
Favorites and message history are stored locally on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear your app data.

MoodFIX is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
