A 911 Call box has been installed to be compliant with Swim at your Own Risk (SAYOR).
Swim Club Management will oversee operations and maintenance.
Residents in good financial standing can use the same fob from 2024 and are allowed one fob per address.

Clubhouse rentals do not include or allow pool parties. A revised clubhouse rental agreement is available on the Sentry homeowner's portal.
Pool parties will not be offered this season.
The community is to observe any restrictions issued by the CDC to ensure a safe and enjoyable 2025 pool season. Any guidelines from the CDC effecting pool usage will be communicated via email by CSI, posted on the MP Website and posted around the pool whenever issued.
Gate Attendant
Monteith Park will have a gate attendant for the 2025 pool season. The attendant is not a lifeguard. They are in place to enforce the pool rules and reserve the right to ask residents to leave should they break the rules. The gate attendant will also monitor chemicals and water while on shift.
If you lease your unit, please be sure to give your tenants a copy of these rules. The homeowner of the home/unit will be held responsible for their tenant’s behavior at the pool. Also, please review these rules with your children.
Should a member violate this ruling, it is considered as a violation and a hearing will occur with possible fines of up to $100 per occurrence as allowed by the North Carolina Planned Community Act.

Safety is first and foremost.
NO alcohol allowed within six (6) feet of pool.
Absolutely NO GLASS is allowed within the pool area.
Absolutely NO FOOD allowed in the pool.
Pool and surrounding areas are designated CLEAN AIR ZONES. No Smoking/No Vaping signs are posted.
NO running, pushing, wrestling or other horseplay is permitted that is unsafe or disturbs the enjoyment of the pool facilities for all.
NO water projecting toys allowed (i.e., water cannons or water guns).
Only balls designed for use in water are allowed in the pool.
NO oversized, shared large tube/floats allowed in the pool.
NO Towels or foreign objects (Paper, Cans, etc.) are allowed in the pool.
NO Diving.
NO portable grills of any kind are permitted at the pool facilities.
The pool and the pool area must be evacuated during any electrical storm.
Please be respectful of people's space and property.
The Association nor its contract property management company or pool management company are responsible for lost or stolen items and offer no coverage for lost income.
Clean up all trash, food, belongings, etc. before exiting the pool area. Pool guests will be asked to clean the tables, chairs and lounges that they use.
Tables and chairs are at a first come, first serve basis.
No more than 5 guests are permitted at one time with a resident.
Slide Rules
No children under the 48” height requirement.
NO swim aides “swimmies” allowed on the slide.
Proper riding position only: feet first
Only 1 person at a time is allowed on the slide.
**Slide may be shut off at the discretion of the Board or the gate attendant if rules are not followed.
